General Questions

  1. Are there any good restaurants or hotels in the area?

Yes, in abundance! Click here for our recommendations.

  2. Can I purchase tickets to other performances at the theatre box office?

At this time it is not possible to purchase tickets to future performances at the theatre box office, only to that evening's (or afternoon's) performance.

  3. How can I receive up-to-date information about your productions?

Simply register (without a member page) or become a member (with a member page) of www.twoonewaytickets.com. It's completely free.

You will also be automatically entered into a draw for 2 tickets to all of our upcoming productions.

  4. How did you come up with the name for your company?

Two ONE-WAY Tickets To Broadway Productions came about after a long discussion between Martin and Nicole about purchasing 'two one-way tickets (being Nicole's and Martin's) to the great stages of Broadway in NYC'.

Interesting Fact: There is also a movie called Two Tickets To Broadway, however the idea to name our company came totally independently from the title of this movie.

What does Two ONE-WAY Tickets To Broadway Productions do to support the Edmonton and Sherwood Park Community?

We pride ourselves on engaging local talent in our productions, whether it be as an artist, technician or local performer. During our production of RENT we were able to provide the opportunity for 9 local performers to perform their own songs as guest artists both before our shows and during the intermission. If you are interested in being a guest artist during our productions please contact either Nicole English or Martin Galba through info@twoonewaytickets.com.

  5. I am interested in cross-promotions. Who do I get in touch with?

We are in huge favor of cross-promotion. Please contact us at info@twoonewaytickets.com for more information.

  6. I know that TOWTTBP is a non-profit organization. How can I help?

Thank you for asking. Click here to view many different ways you can help! We also have an ongoing Magazine Fundraiser. Click here for more information.

  7. My company is interested in advertising with your company. Where can I find information on that?

    Right here!

  8. What happens if a show gets cancelled due to unexpected circumstances?

In the tradition of “The show must go on...”, it is rare that performance cancellations ever occur. If that does happen, however, your patience and understanding will be greatly appreciated. We will do our best to reschedule your ticket to another performance, however if that is not possible, we will offer you tickets to our upcoming production.

  9. What is your refund/exchange/latecomer policy?

All tickets sales are final, however with a 24 hour notice your tickets can be exchanged to another scheduled performance for the production the tickets were originally purchased for. Tickets to our closing night productions are excluded from the exchange policy.

TOWTTBP shows begin promptly and latecomers are not admitted under any circumstances. The reason why we have a no latecomer policy is because it would be both hazardous to our performers and disturbing to other patrons.

Please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to performance to pick up your tickets at the theatre box office.

  10. Will a show be cancelled due to bad weather?

Inclement weather is not a cause for cancellation. As long as the artists are able to arrive at the theatre the event will proceed as scheduled. There are no refunds or exchanges because of bad weather. Plan to leave home early, and please travel carefully.

  11. How many shows have you produced so far?

By the end of our current 2010/11 Season, we will have produced 10 productions/events.
